Budlong Woods Tour

On Sunday, July 30, 2006, we toured Budlong Woods in Chicago, a gem of a neighborhood where leafy trees and lawns surround post-war houses that have survived in tact. The tour featured 3 homes: the first by Mendel Glickman, Frank Lloyd Wright’s chief civil engineer, then another mid-century ranch, architect unknown, and finally the Garber house, 1949 by Keck and Keck, with an addition by John P. Schraw.
