Sunday, July 1st,  2pm – 4pm

CBB members enjoyed touring this amazing Park Ridge home designed by Don Erickson, hosted by listing agent Paul Swanson of Baird & Warner.

Built in 1968, the home was commissioned by Dr. Jerry Seidel, a local ophthalmologist, who was the home’s only owner until his passing late in 2017. Featuring a chalet-style roof, master suite loft, massive stone privacy walls and more, this beautiful home shows off many trademarks of Don Erickson’s signature elements and style. The home just went on the market and is sure to sell quickly.

CBB board member Lou Zucaro brought some presentation materials to share with the group, and discussed several other projects by Don Erickson that were designed with major elements similar to this beautiful home, as well as a map of some other nearby modern homes of significance in Park Ridge.
